North Carolina Ostrich Breeders Association |
The NCOBA was formed in 1992. It is a non-profit corporation and operates under a set of member approved by-laws. The Board of Directors consist of nine members, including officers and at-large members. The board members are elected by the regular members of the NCOBA. Annual elections are held in November.
